Please read carefully before booking your adventure with Safar Wanderlust

• These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms') govern your use of the Safar Wanderlust website, mobile application, and all related services offered by Pirgrimage Travels Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
• BOOKING & RESERVATIONS: By booking a trip with Safar Wanderlust, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is required to secure your booking. We accept payments via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online payment methods. Payment details will be sent in your booking confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• PAYMENT PLAN: Bookings are typically structured as follows: (1) Deposit amount at time of booking, (2) 50% of remaining balance due 5 days before departure, (3) Final balance due on the day of departure. Specific payment terms may vary by trip.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date relative to the trip departure date. Early cancellations (30+ days before) may receive partial refunds. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are generally non-refundable.
• WHAT IS INCLUDED: Trip costs include accommodations, meals as specified in the itinerary, ground transportation, activities as mentioned, and guide services. Costs do NOT include airfare (unless explicitly stated), travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or any services not mentioned in the final itinerary.
• INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS: Please review your specific itinerary for detailed inclusions and exclusions. Any special requests must be mentioned at time of booking and are subject to additional charges.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Travel insurance is the passenger's responsibility and is not included in trip costs.
• TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES: Participants must be in good health and physically capable of participating in all trip activities. The company is not responsible for medical emergencies or injuries sustained during the trip. Participants assume all risks related to travel.
• DOCUMENTATION: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Safar Wanderlust is not responsible for visa denials, passport issues, or travel document problems.
• BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS: Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly during the trip. Intoxication, harassment, discrimination, or violation of local laws may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
• MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE: Trip groups are typically limited to 15-20 participants unless otherwise specified. Larger groups may be accommodated with advance notice.
• MODIFICATIONS TO ITINERARY: The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
• FORCE MAJEURE: Safar Wanderlust is not responsible for losses or damages caused by acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Safar Wanderlust acts as a facilitator and intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of accommodations, transportation providers, activity operators, or other third-party services. Participants use these services at their own risk.
• PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RIGHTS: By participating in our trips, you grant Safar Wanderlust the right to photograph or video record you and use these images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
• DISPUTES & RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If not resolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• PRICING & RATES: All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at time of booking. GST (18%) is applicable on all bookings and is included in the quoted price.
• REFUND POLICY: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days. Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation date and trip-specific terms.
• EMAIL COMMUNICATION: By booking with us, you consent to receive email communications regarding your booking, trip updates, and promotional offers. You can opt-out of promotional emails anytime.
• MINOR PARTICIPANTS: Participants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian consent and supervision. The company is not responsible for minors without proper supervision.
• AMENDMENTS: Safar Wanderlust reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
